Reid Computer Sling in Red, 16-inch

Your laptop deserves a cozy place to call home. The Reid Computer Sling is a neoprene laptop sleeve that keeps tech safe and stylish with card slots, a phone pocket, and three ways to carry it.

Available in 14" and 16" sizes in Onyx and Storm, plus limited-edition Cherry and Cow Print—all part of the 365 Neoprene collection.

What Makes It a Sling, Not Just a Sleeve?

A basic laptop sleeve is no match for the cushioned Reid Computer Sling. Reid is smartly designed with a detachable crossbody strap, a phone pocket, and room for up to 3 credit cards, so it goes where you go with essentials in tow. Wear it crossbody on days you want to travel light to the office, or detach the strap and carry it as a clutch. It’s kind of all you need.

Tuck it inside a larger bag when you've got a full kit. Three configurations, one neoprene sling that protects your laptop like no other.

Its neoprene shell is water-resistant and shock-absorbent for a confident carry. It won't weigh down your day, and extra padding means no scratches or stress. Reid’s card slots and strap alone are why it earns more space in this conversation than a standard laptop sleeve.

Slim enough to slip into your Noa Tote bag or Dakota Backpack when you need to pack it away, and comfortable enough to leave your bigger bag at home when you don't.

For the Person Who Doesn't Need a Full Bag

Not every day calls for a whole work bag. Some days it's just a laptop, a card, your phone, and wherever you're headed. The Reid is built for exactly that, a crossbody laptop sling bag that covers the essentials without the commitment of a full carry.

The strap adjusts so it sits where you want it on your body, not where the bag decides.

Lighten your commute load on days where a quick meeting or coffee catch-up is all you have on the books. Pair it with the Mara Phone Sling if you want just a little more breathing room.

For Students Who Live Between Classes

Keep it light between lectures. Reid does the job in 14" for MacBook Air and most 14" PCs, and in 16" for MacBook Pro and larger Windows laptops—no stuffing and no guessing whether it'll fit.

Students and staff who need more room for a textbook, a change of clothes, and a full day's worth of gear should reach for the Dakota Backpack. It lets you pack your tech, along with essentials and extras too. The Reid is ready to help you float through your day and make minimalist moves.

Traveling With Just Your Laptop

The Reid fits under an airplane seat as a personal item, alongside checked luggage or a carry-on. The crossbody strap makes it easy to move through the airport without thinking twice.

For travel days where you also need toiletries and a change of clothes, pair it with the Denver Convertible Duffle and let the Reid handle the tech.

What size laptop fits in the Reid Computer Sling?

The 14" version fits MacBook Air M1/M2/M3, most 14" Windows laptops, and similar. The 16" version fits MacBook Pro 16", most 16" Windows laptops, and comparable sizes. If you're between sizes or have a case on your laptop, go up.

Is the Reid a bag or a laptop sleeve?

Both, practically. It's a neoprene laptop bag with a detachable crossbody strap, card slots, and a phone pocket. It’s a laptop sleeve when it's tucked inside your Noa Tote or Dakota. It’s kind of the best of both worlds.

How do you wear the Reid Computer Sling?

One sling, three ways: crossbody with the detachable strap, carried like a clutch, or slipped inside a larger bag as a protected laptop sleeve. The adjustable strap detaches cleanly, so switching up your style is easy.

Will it fit in my Noa Tote or Dakota Backpack?

Yes. The Reid Computer Sling is designed to slide inside Dagne's other bags as a protective laptop layer when you're carrying a full kit, and to function on its own when you're not.

Is the Reid carry-on or personal item friendly?

Reid is the personal item you’ll reach for on quick work trips and travel too. It's slim and fits under the seat in front of you to keep your tech secure and within reach. For travel days where you need overhead bin space too, pair it with the Denver Convertible Duffle as your carry-on.

Is the Reid Computer Sling water-resistant?

Yes, neoprene is naturally water-resistant. A light rain or a little bag spill won't reach your laptop. When it comes to cleaning, neoprene loves to take a dip. Fully submerge your bag, gently work out stains with a mild soap, and lay it flat to dry to give it a good refresh.

Neoprene products can be hand washed with a mild detergent in cold water.

To avoid water ring stains, don’t just spot treat. Instead, hand wash your neoprene bag by applying a mild soap directly onto the stain. Fully submerge the entire bag in cold water (yep, dunk it), then gently work the stain and soap out to make sure there’s no lingering residue.

Make sure to reshape while wet and lay flat to dry on a clean, non-porous surface. Avoid treated or dyed materials, as well as direct sunlight.

Hardware should be handled delicately. Neoprene products are not machine washable, as hardware chipping may occur.

Due to the nature of neoprene, creasing and pilling may occur and is easily remedied. To avoid creasing, neoprene products should not be stored flat or under heavy compression. Creases can be easily removed by running a fabric steamer in downward strokes along the fabric. Pilling can be removed using a fabric shaver. Lightly press and move in a circular motion against the fabric to remove any fuzz balls and pills.

Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which could harm the exterior of your bag.
